Any paid website service is governed by a separate written service agreement presented for your review before purchase. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls the paid service.

2. Free Call and Website Preview

Our initial website consultation and personalized initial website design preview are offered at no charge, with no obligation to purchase. We aim to provide the initial preview within 24 hours after receiving a complete business brief. This is a preview of a proposed design, not a promise that a fully operational website will be launched within 24 hours. We may decline requests that are outside the services we offer or that lack the information needed to prepare a useful preview.

3. Website Service and Pricing

Our standard managed website offer has $0 upfront design and development fees and costs $150 every four weeks if you decide to proceed. The initial agreement is 364 days (13 four-week billing cycles), totaling $1,950. The standard service includes up to five pages, mobile-responsive design, a contact form, managed hosting, routine technical maintenance, and up to one hour of minor changes per four-week cycle.

Domain registration or renewal, major redesigns, additional pages or features, third-party services, and work beyond the included allowance may incur extra charges, disclosed before approval. Payment timing, cancellation, renewal, website transfer rights, and other service obligations are addressed in the written service agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Business Results

We do not guarantee traffic, search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or any particular business result. Advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Accuracy of Information

Please provide accurate information when submitting forms or requesting a preview, and do not provide content that you do not have permission to use. We may use information you submit solely to respond to the request and prepare relevant materials, subject to our Privacy Policy.
